Open the bag. It actually smells like oregano. I had previously bought a bag of oregano with black seed oil. It was from China. Says it’s got the same stuff as THIS. But it did not smell like oregano and wasn’t as effective! Had been using good oregano and it cleared up some skin problems then used the bad China stuff from VivoNu (which is now not available ) for a few weeks and now the spot is coming back so doubling up on this GOOD oregano oil and expect it’ll be clear again in a couple days. Watch what you buy. Might say the same but if it isn’t a good quality it won’t work the same. This brand is great! Easy to swallow.

I’ve been using Micro Ingredients Oil of Oregano for a couple of days as i fight a cold -I really like this product! The soft gels are small and easy to swallow, which is a huge plus compared to some other oregano oil supplements out there. No weird aftertaste or stomach issues, but i can say sometimes there's an after taste when burping but no big deal!!! i think its just a convenient way to get the benefits of oregano oil and black seed oil in one. great immune booster. packaging is great zip seal was in tact ! I noticed that I spit up a lot of mucus while taking this product. I also noticed that my body was real sore so I stopped taking them then I'll start back in 2wks just to see how I feel. I were taking 2 gel in da morning then I changed to at night.

Believe me I'm going to read about this cuz this is damn good easy to swallow it helps pain relief the quantity is very good the quality of it is good and it got me energize every lifting me and I will buy this again and again and it helps my immune system

Make sure you buy this brand! It’s the real deal. Tried other brands, one was never delivered and the other didn’t even smell like oregano! Others are fakes.This one has helped me with the sinus problems with nasty pollen season! The gel caps are easy to swallow and there are 300 per resealable bag. Good quality product!
