A good quality product without an abundance of ultra-stringy pieces which you can often get with crystallised ginger. Well packaged. Personally, the flavour wasn't really what I like - more on the sweet, perfumy side than the hotter, spicy side - but not unpleasant.But that's just me and my preference.

Very flavourful
This is the best ginger we have ever tried. It’s hot but not overpowering. Lovely fresh taste and no stringy texture. Lovely to snack on or cook with. Will keep reordering.

Big chunks
Really pleased that the bag is filled with large chunks of ginger. A bit sugary but good ginger. A bargain value pack, 1 kg for a tenner. Can’t go wrong at that price.
