I definitely noticed a difference when I started taking these, they have helps me no end. Good value and quality.

I normally take Omega 3 fish oil daily but I thought I'd try something different. This one is a blend, Omega 3-6-9, which contains fish oil, flax oil and sunflower oil. The proportions are roughly equal, fish oil 400 mg, flax oil 300 mg and sunflower 290 mg. All of the ingredients do pretty much the same thing, although it doesn't tell you what on the jar so you have to do your own research. There are traces of other elements but the writing on the jar is so small that I'm not sure what they do. Anyway, they don't contain any sugar, starch or salt so I'm assuming they are quite pure. Not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Dosage is vague, 1 to 3 capsules a day? Contents 50 capsules, so not going to last long - less than 2 months at 1 a day and much less if you take more, so £14 is quite expensive.

Initially hopefull about these Omega 3 6 9 supplements, I was very disappointed when I actually got the bottle in my hand and read the details.So each one of these gelatin capsules contain 400mg fish oil, 300mg flaxseed oil, and 290mg sunflower oil. That's not as important as the stated levels of Omega 3's. Per capsule, they contain: 72mg EPA, 48mg DHA, and 148mg ALA.Even if I took 2 a day, this is really small amount - consider this, my preferred brand I use for Omega 3 has 2000mg of fish oil, of which 660mg EPA and 440mg DHA per serving of 2 capsules daily. Almost a 10 fold increase. Now they dont contain the Omega 6 and Omega 9, however I can only assume that those quantities in these Sky Premium Life caps are as equally under-powered as the Omega 3. Both contain vitamin E to help with absorption, and both are a similar price per bottle.But here is the rub - Sky Premium Life has a bizarelly chosen 50 capsules per bottle, currently at almost £14. Very weird number than doesnt fit into any normal quantity of time, say a month or 2 months. My preferred bran, also from Amazon, is Nu U, and for £16 not only can you get capsules a magnitude stronger daily dose, you get 180 of them. Which is (per person) 3 months worth at full dose, or 6 months 1 a day.There are other brands also than the one I named, easy to find options with vastly improved doses of Omega 3's. Taking a quick look, I saw 2 options for Omega 3,6,9 which were both cheaper than these Sky Prem ones, and had comparable doses. So if you did specifically want the whole 3,6,9 thing, they would be much more economical, considering the amount youd have to swallow to get a full dosage.

These were a great upgrade from the standard supermarket cod liver oil capsules. They are of a good size and still easy enough to swallow with no after taste. They are packed with some key ingredients - especially for a 50+ year old like me who is still active and needs his body to keep up. Great product.

These gel caps are good quality fish oil, but not as potent as others I have taken. These require a 2-3 pill dosage to equal the same strength as other fish oil supplements.What I do like about these though is the blend of different oils, including flaxseed as well. That is why I gave these 4 stars instead of just 3. They are good quality, and very easy to take. I didn’t notice any off-putting smell or taste, and didn’t get a fishy aftertaste like I have with some fish oil supplements. So, I am happy with the quality of these, and would probably buy them again. If they made them in a higher strength, I wouldn’t even hesitate to get these again.

I had no ill effects when taking this, but like with any supplement, it's worth consulting your doctor.

These Omega capsules contain fish, flaxseed and sunflower oils that may help maintain a healthy heart and brain function. You get 50 capsules for £14 but they recommend taking 1 - 3 per day which would work out rather expensive at the higher dose! Also they stick together badly in the pot and are hard to separate without bursting the capsules.
