As long as I took the recommended max dose of four tablets in the evening when I woke up everything would be regulated on schedule for my body if I took the recommendation for any other dose it would always be a surprise movement which I was not always prepared for. But use what direction works for your age group and body type weight and function you need you have. I like the results. Size of the pill is small making it tasty easier and comfortable to get down even for those smaller patients. They work quite well making them a good value for the price point. Will probably purchase again and supply my medicine cabinet with these.

This product is always a great buy for me. Love how it works for my stomach. This brand is soo dependable all the time. I take two in the morning and I am ready to go by the afternoon.

Be careful to read the dosing instructions and make sure to drink plenty of water. And if you do that correctly, be prepared for a clean sweep. These work great and I have experience no rumbly tummy from them like other products. Very gentle.
