I 10/10 recommend this. It is very comfortable and I instantly fall asleep with it on. My boyfriend always watches YouTube videos of rust (a shooting game) which has constant loud explosions and gunfire, and the TV is very very bright. I see zero light with this on and, with him adjusting the volume down a few and me maxing the volume on this I sleep like a baby. No more being jump scared by his sleeping habits.The only thing I am struggling with is how to use the timer feature. I also only listen to this with Bluetooth connected to my Spotify.I can still hear my alarm just fine, if anything I can hear it even better with this on. I thought I would want wake up with this off every morning (throwing it off in the middle of the night) but that has not been the case. It’s so comfortable that I prefer it to be on all night long.

I have worn my mask most nights, and it is a great mask in many ways. It is very comfortable and the sounds are very relaxing. I have connected it to my phone and love listening to relaxing music. The only problem I've had is the front control panel has slipped out and when it does it feels strange dangling down. So, half asleep, I have taken off the mask to put the control panel back where it belongs. It only takes a minute or so, but there are times when I am sleeping so deeply that I struggle, and it becomes frustrating. This has only happened three times, so as I say it is a great mask!

I've told many people in the past year that my Bluetooth silk sleep mask literally changed my life. I've bought multiple as gifts for 3 of my family members. I bought it exactly a year ago and just the other night one of the earphones came off the wire, so I'm here to buy a new one. Buy it and start listening to meditations and deep sleep hypnosis sessions. You're welcome.

I now have two bluetooth sleep masks… this one and a Musicozy. I have had the Musicozy for a couple of years. I bought this one for a few reasons. First of all, I thought a standard elasticized strap would work better than the strap on the Musicozy. That one has a strip of velcro which isn’t placed well, is too short and, as often happens with velcro over time, no longer holds well. I have to use bobby pins to keep the mask in place. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have said, even after shortening it as much as possible, the strap on this mask is too long and the mask slips down. The first few times I used it, I put my hair in a pony tail and had the strap on top of that. Now I have pulled up a loop in the strap and stitched it down so the mask sits in the right spot. I thought about getting a mask that goes completely around your head with no strap but now I realize that getting the right fit could be a real problem.Another feature that prompted me to buy this mask is the fact that it has built-in nature sounds. I can still use the bluetooth to connect to an app on my phone but I don’t HAVE to and I don’t have to leave my phone plugged in with bluetooth on all night. There is a variety of sounds, some of which I cannot identify…. maybe animals chomping? Some I don’t consider to be at all relaxing. There are, however, your standard nature sounds like ocean waves, a thunderstorm, other water sounds, crickets, birds, etc. The reason I need the mask is to block out noise from my upstairs neighbors. The maximum volume on most sounds isn’t enough to do that. The ocean waves have the highest volume. Sometimes I still use the bluetooth to connect to my phone (no problems connecting).The mask itself is soft and comfortable to wear even for a side-sleeper. It is narrower than the Musicozy, though, and I wake up with a line across my forehead if I don’t position it high enough.. The speakers can be a little difficult to position correctly but I manage. The battery lasts through 2 nights and recharges quickly. The controls are easy to use. There is a timer for 30, 90 or 120 minutes but I leave it on all night. According to the instructions, if you are connected to your phone, you can use the controls to answer or decline phone calls but since I use it for sleeping, I cannot tell you how well that works.I took the mask apart once to throw in with a load of laundry. It came out nice and clean. Easy to disassemble and reassemble.I cannot give the mask 5 stars because it doesn’t meet all of MY needs but I think a lot of people would find that it is just fine for them (if the fit works for you and you don’t need it to block out noise without using bluetooth to connect to an app). I will continue to monitor new products and read reviews looking for just the right mask (with just the right strap).

This is worthless, it has not charged at all, even after 2 full days of of being charged. I tried using it while it was charging, all it would say is on. Not another sound. I’m sending this back and I rate this item as a negative or minus 5. Don’t waste your money.

Easy to use. Easy to take apart to throw in the washing machine. This holds a charge very well. And I love how, when listening to podcasts, I can push a button and skip a few seconds ahead forward and back. Forward to skip commercials. Back in case I miss a point or word because of the accent.I have a hard time sleeping without this now! The only slight negative is that my forehead sometimes gets really warm. But that might just be me when I have something on my face. So take that with a grain of salt. Overall, LOVE IT!
