So it is good, and absolut priceworthy. If you are questioning weather it's reliable or not it is, I'm working withing telecom and have to use a GRU in the chamber for testing gases. There was a small gasleak at one of the entry points. And ingot the same reading on this one as my high end brand gdu 10-12% lel.This one has the benefit so with more options and parameters and so the logo history easily accessible for alarm dates. Just make sure that you set alarm levels to your industry standards as they are on factory defaults.Good and easy usb charge a, Downside is being mini USB that is uncommon but still easy to find a spare

Honestly this is awful. Device came dirty, did not have any calibration certificates and measured 0ppm CO2 when placed in a 20% CO2 incubator 🙃.Instructions are also just taken from Google translate or something because they make no senseEdit: wanted to add this edit because I realised I made a mistake in my original review. So, I used this in a high CO2 incubator, the increase in CO2 reduces the O2 percentage. The O2 value on this machine didn't change. Infact it didn't change no matter where I used it. Also, in a high CO2 incubator, the CO increases, but on the monitor, this reading didn't change from 0 either.I will say though that the seller did sent through the calibration certificate, but since the monitor isn't working this wasn't helpful.

It is robustly built and the display is very easy to read, both in terms of presentation and clarity. The manual is helpful, explaining how it works. The alarm function is really good. It is assuring to have a tool like this to detect dangerous gases.

Within the description of monitor it clearly states that the units come with calibration certificates, yet unfortunately there are none supplied with either purchase!

The screen is clear and easy to read. It includes a semi hard case to keep it secure. However the power adapter is not UK based, but you get an USB cable so any other socket can be used. Rechargeable battery lasts for long. Overall a good gas detector.
