Liking this so far!
I suffer from reflux for the past 2 months. Nothing helped very much. I belive it's from too much relaxation of the lower esophageal sphincter muscle.This helps. The instructions recommend 2 tablets twice a day but I daren't take that much as I already have quite a good amount of calcium in food, and hypercalcemia is no joke. It can make you very ill.So I have one in the morning, and one in the evening. I either mix it with a shot glass of water, or chew it in little bits slowly and mix it with sips of water in my mouth, swallowing it very slowly.That takes me to 630mg of calcium supplement per day. So with food, I never go over 1,400mg,1200 is the RDA. 1500 is okay. Safe upper limit is 2000mg.And it is slowly making some improvement to my acid reflux. It is the ONE THING that seems to be making a difference. And I have tried everything so far.

Easy absorption...
Bought due to prescribed ‘carbonate’ not helping with my digestive system and causing excessive bloating. This is definitely not causing any of those issues so once again this is a second purchase. Unable to get prescribed?? Small tablets so easy to swallow and have no taste.

Fast delivery
my wife is using these tablets. I cannot vouch for their effectiveness just yet but everything else has been upto the mark. they are easy to swallow and the delivery was perfect despite covid19

Lots of broken tablets
About 1/3 of the tablets in my bottle were broken. I guess I got the dregs of the batch. I would have given them 1 star but I assume they sell these by total weight and not number of tablets so I probably wasn't shortchanged. And sometimes I just want to take half a tablet so I look for a half tablet or two quarter tablets. But I have never seen this sort of problem before so I am not impressed by their manufacturing ability and quality control.

Only complaint is that the tablets are quite big - I've had to break them in two to be able to swallow them!

Not even one month’s supply
Not overly impressed by these. Lid is very hard to take off initially, too many broken tablets inside once open, plus be aware you need to take 4 per day to get 50 percent NRV so this isn’t even one months supply.

Easy to swallow but several broken in pack. I have purchased these twice.

Hard to swallow as they are round not capsules. Lid was very difficult to remove
