Great mid ranged headphones
I received these today and will be comparing them to the Soundcore Q45I am not an audiophile by any means and do not know all the jargon for audio. This will be from your average consumer who just wants decent headphones for music, youtube watching, and movies.Price: Retail these are 179.99 vs 149.99 (Q45)Given the retail price here are my thoughts on the two as an average consumerSound: I feel these actually have better bass then the Q45's, its not a huge difference but it definitely gives what ever your listening to a better feel. The overall sound quality does sound better, but its not a night and day difference.Build: The build feels and looks more premium versus the Q45. I get that these are copying some looks from more well known headphones, but honestly when you see them in person its mainly the color scheme that makes it apparent.Battery: The batter life of these is great, I have to recharge them every 2-3 days before I get the low battery notification/sound and that's with constant use. I use these at my computer mainly for my job and for school, so I can have these running for 8+ hours a day. The Q45 beats these, but since my main use case is sitting at a computer with these headphones I do not worry about battery life too much.Comfort: The band is comfortable, but between these and the Q45's, the band does have a higher clamp force and after some odd hours can force you to take small breaks of use. This may differ on head size.Mic/Calls: The mics on these headphones beat the Q45's hands down. I tested these against the Q45's and a C920 webcam (which has decent mics). The Q45's actually sound worse than my C920 webcam, and that was using different applications for testing. The Edifiers are crisp and clear, they sound even better than my webcam and cut out ambient noise really good. I was originally using an expensive pair of gaming headphones/mic combo for Teams calls, but I will now be using these instead.ANC: The ANC is slightly better than the Q45's, but honestly it wasn't by much. It does block out around 85% of the noise around me with no sound playing, such as a Fan, Heater Fan, Outside cars going by (windows closed though), and muffles the sound of my mechanical keyboard. If you have anything playing on the headphones with ANC on, you don't really hear anything at all. Overall no ANC headphones will block out ALL SOUND, but these definitely do a really good job.Phone App: Not as nice as the SoundCore app, but honestly its fine for what it is, allows you to control a lot of the settings such as ANC, Connections, Sound Profiles (which they have a custom equalizer, but only 2 premade profiles to choose from), etc.Final thoughts:At retail pricing, I can honestly say these are hard to justify over the Q45's, but if you want just that little bit more premium quality overall then definitely these are worth it. I personally preferred the sleeker/better looks of these headphones. Also the Q45's go on sale pretty frequently, even down to 100 bucks, you can also find them at BestBuy and price match. So if you are looking for the best DEAL, then Q45's are with out a doubt the best of the two. But if you only care about the QUALITY with out breaking the bank, then the Edifiers are my choice. I will be sending back the Q45's and keeping these.

Solid value
I'm really happy with this. The ANC is outstanding and it's comfortable enough to wear all day. Perfect for an office environment.

Good Bluetooth headphones.
I like these for the general use, not music listening. I don't think these are audiophile grade headphone though, they are too muffled and closed-in compared to my Sundara and Grado SR80x or Sony MDR7506.I like these for the wireless aspect as I got tired getting tangled from time to time and just wanted a wire free experience for gaming/YouTube.A couple of annoyances though. These do not have an automatic OFF function, when you take them off your head, so I have to remember to turn them off myself. Not a huge deal but would be nice to have that automated. One other annoyance is that the on/off button also acts as a pause/play and when I have a YouTube open, but turn off the headphones, they start the playback of the video after they turn themselves off.I'm not sure if the pads are easily replaceable, nor the headband's foam/pleather. At some point these will become unserviceable as they will grime-up from use, so it will be another annoyance to deal with when the time comes. Finally, the lag is there. I tried these with a rhythm game on my PC and I had to offset the sound by 210-220 milliseconds, to get them close to the rhythm on screen. For general gaming and movie watching the lag is fine though, I don't notice it too much when seeing people's mouths move, so it is serviceable. The noise cancelation is good though. So is the microphone, very clear. These do have a headphone jack, which was a saving grace for the Bluetooth headphones at this price range and above, as when the battery inevitably will die, these should still be serviceable as regular, wired headphones.Overall pretty good but not perfect.

Great Head Phones!
Loving these OTE headphones! These are my first pair of the OTE; the sound quality is great; the noise cancellation appears to be more than adequate; minimal sound leakage; great comfort and style (minimalistic, low profile); proper grip on the head/ears (ie, not too loose); app is decent (I leave it on default Dynamic sound for music); case is great -- generally really happy w/ the purchase. 2 "complaints": (i) when wearing them around my neck, the earcups lay flat (which is good) but they still press on my neck/carotid (not great) but manageable and (ii) the equalizer is 4 channels while I've seen others that are 8 channels -- it makes no difference to me; still sound great! Looking forward to see how these age but so far so good.
