Micro USB to USB C is great. USB C to micro USB is not.
I think this is a good product. I wish the USB C to micro USB was a better quality product but it just isn't strong enough and if you drop a phone on it, it will break. I've dropped my phone on the micro USB to USB C without it having any problems whatsoever. So, I don't know what the issue is with the USB C to micro USB converter.
