Ordered 10; got 9 pens, Only 6 working
The media could not be loaded. I ordered 2 pouches of 5 pens each. Although the rate is high, quality is cheap.1) Got only 9 pens in total2) Only 6 are working.3) Got different pen - Reynolds Vista RT instead of jetter.4) Pen length is so smaller than any other normal pens. Different from what's shown in the photo.
