The book is quite helpful, however it seems seller is selling copied version of book. Book and page quality are bad. Text seems little blurred.

Very Well-Written and Accessible
This book is very well-written and accessible. It is also well-organized and has a lot of good practical advice. Definitely recommended.

So worth a read!
This is such a fantastic book! It's so helpful in that it has the text to read and then has you stop to reflect and write down thoughts. That is so helpful! It really makes you think which helps guide you in making self care in CBT important! Highly recommend! I'm so glad I picked it up. You will be too!

Not as expected
It is not a very exciting and interactive book. I wasn’t satisfied with the explanation and types of exercises given. I found it very boring.
