Positive results
Really happy with the product, bought after reading review regards the 3 ingredient mix and its positive affect re:joint issues but also aware of the digestive benefits also. Seems to have definitely helped and when I have a gap in taking them there is a flare up in the area I am concerned with. Definitely will continue with using them.

Must have item!
I bought these for the anti-inflammatory properties of the ingredients as I have osteoarthritis and am trying to manage the pain without the use of conventional painkillers. So far I'm impressed with them. I went away last week and forgot to pack them and was quite uncomfortable after a few days. Will definitely be buying more

Arthritis sufferers please note...
I find this efficacious in alleviating inflammation, especially in my knees.Turmeric is in fashion as a medical factotum but don't let that dissuade you! It is the since qua non of Asian medicine.

Made me really hungry
Not sure if it affected digestion but it certainly made me eat like crazy. For about 1,5-2 month I constantly thought about food and then gave up taking these pills.

Missing black pepper
Its helped with feeling bloated and acid indigestion the Turmeric is an added bonus, however no black pepper to help the body absorb it, which is my only gripe. Yes I would recommend this product this is my third order.

Arthritis aid with no side effects and great for digestion
I have mild osteoarthritis, turmeric is the best none drug/pain killer and anti inflammatory available in my experience, with the added benefit of ginger and bromelain which contain enzymes that are good for your joints as well as a digestive aid. My shoulders in particular feel like they are on fire without taking the turmeric. 100% satisfied thanks
