Egg timer

Description

Use the NobleEgg Timer with the cold start method (described below) or hot start method 1. Put the egg timer in the pot or saucepan with the eggs, in one layer, as shown in one of the pictures. 2. Watch the colors change when the water boils. Bring the water to a simmer. Depending on the desired degree of softness, take out the eggs while the indicator is in the yellow area. Similarly for medium (orange area) and hard boiled eggs. Check one of the pictures for a visual representation of the process. 3. When the eggs reach the desired level, safely take out the egg timer and let it cool at room temperature while you cool down the eggs in cold water to prevent further passive cooking.
