I realise these have to be taken with great caution to the body's response. For me, these cannot be taken daily. But they do work. As a woman, I now only take 1 after my cycle is finished and that's it for the month. These work quickly and last a few weeks for me in the effect. But this only proves the ingredients are high quality and exceptionally effective.
