I bought this book as inspiration for my son, who is insanely mad about travelling. The travel bug has certainly rubbed off on him and this is a beautiful hardback book with amazing photos and descriptions of far flung places.

A nice coffee table sized quality trave book, contains many very interesting destinations - lots of photographs and less text.Many of the places are off the beaten track, for example Olomouc in Czech Republic.Many of the places are worth a detour but maybe not a travel - thus seeing them in this book might be sufficient.
