Dobble is an absolutely fantastic card game that has quickly become a favourite in our household! I would give it a solid five stars for its engaging gameplay and versatility. The concept is simple yet brilliantly executed: players race to find the matching symbol between two cards, which keeps everyone on their toes and creates an exhilarating atmosphere. With five different mini-games included, there's always something new to try, making it perfect for both family game nights, keeping kids occupied and gatherings with friends. The quality of the cards is impressive; they feel sturdy and durable, which is essential for the fast-paced nature of the game. Plus, the compact tin makes it easy to transport, so we can take it anywhere. The ergonomic design of the cards ensures that players of all ages can enjoy it without any hassle. In summary, Dobble is a must-have for anyone looking for a fun, quick-paced game that delivers endless entertainment. pretty cool for just two people but so much fun ...
This is such fab game, pretty cool for just two people but so much fun for a small group! There are 5 ways to play but they're all pretty similar. We tend to stick to the same way of playing though. There are 55 very attractive cards which are packaged (along with instructions) in a strong and sturdy tin. The tin is colourful and small enough that it can be stored in a drawer or box without fear of damaging the cards or the tin opening. The aim of the game is to match a single picture on your card to the 'in play' card. It's not as easy as it sounds as the images are all different sizes and I can be quite tricky (especially under pressure, as other people are matching their cards). It's a lot of fun and also encourages you to be more observant. There are 55 cards and over 50 colourful symbols and images of the collective cards. One symbol on each card matches each individual card, it's extremely clever. The aim of the game is basically to match more symbols, depending on he way you play you will either aim to get rid of your cards before the other players or you will try to collect more cards by matching symbols than other players. There are other mini games but these, I feel are the main ones and the ones we play more frequently. It's a super fun game and while it does say that it is for ages 6+, my 4 year old always tries to play along and I believe it has helped him to think more quickly, to match images and to be more observant. There is however a children's version (wich we also have), which just has animal pictures and as such is easier for little ones (but still fun for grownups). While it is definitely better for older children, my son sometimes chooses to play this version with us instead and while we tend to give him more of a chance and keep quiet when we have a match, it usually ends up with him winning in the end because we can't match our last few cards as quickly as him.Over all I would recommend this game to absolutely everyone. It's fun and funny and really gets your mind going. I think it would also be great for kids in the back of a car on a long journey as well as at home or at a party.I recently bought another of these as a gift and would definitely buy again in the future.

Looks rubbish, lots of fun
At first glance this game looks rubbish, with its stupid round cards and ugly drawings. But once you play the game and understand how it works, you're in for a great time. The premise is simple: there are 55 cards with multiple pictures on, and each card will have one image on it that matches one other card. There are several games you can play with these cards, but they all pretty much hinge on being the first person to spot a matching pair and yell out what it is, and then either get rid of that card or claim it according to the rules of that game. What makes this harder is that the matching symbols are all different sizes and in different orientations, making it inexplicably harder to spot them. It's a game that can be played by children of almost any age, and can get pretty intense! What makes it more chaotic is that none of the drawings have an official name, so you'll find people yelling things like "mouth! Lips! Lock thingy! Tree! Slime blob?"All in all its a great game and won't take up much space on your shelf
