After using seven different ones, all like this but not the same quality as this one. The suckers to keep it fixed works fantastic on the super strength heatproof glass hob protector. It is actually the upgraded one, not just in discription, this has a much bigger shoot. It is super sharp. I love the convinience of the settings. Now I have the hang of the settings, I can cut up a fresh ingredients for a giant bucket of fresh salsa for twelve people in a minute or two. I can prepare the onions, garlic, chilli peppers, ginger, sweet bell peppers, 1,200 grams of tomatoes to beigin my curry base in a few minutes. I wash it up with soft brushes in 60 seconds. It is great. Great build quality as well. The best I have found, Number one!

Delighted with this safety mandolin. Easy to use, easy to clean, chops potato’s thinly for Dauphinoise with ease. Fingers are well away from blades at all times. My previous mandolin is now firmly in the bin and this is a great improvement. I’ve tried julienne carrots and making shoestring fries just as an experiment and these work well too. Recommend without hesitation . Great job, thanks!

Works well, very safe to use you'd have to try hard to cut yourself. Easy to adjust thickness and different size cutters

Used it for the first time today. Easy to use and easy to clean afterwards. Sliced potatoes and veg really quickly, saved a lot of time. Really Impressed with it.

The media could not be loaded. It a very convenient, simple to use and versatile. However, the julienne/ dice blades are weak. Avoid cutting anything with thick skin like squash and anything too soft like tomatoes. If the tomatoes are not firm or medium firm, just use the cutting board. Any vegetables with thick skin, I recommend thin slick , say setting 4 and no julienne nor dice .Moreover, some cuts do miss the tray. Depending on the size settings and type of vegetables. Carrots, Irish potatoes, cabbage are a breeze and go straight in to the tray. Tomatoes and sweets peppers some times get stuck on its way out or falls short of the tray. Especially on the julienne and dice setting. Overall the tray size is sufficient.Clean up is easy. Just take it apart, run water and brush out any residual vegetables, 🧼 and 🧽 and completed.Overall, it's not perfect, however it cuts quick and simple. The frame seems sturdy thus far. Only issue is the weak julienne/dice blades. No thick skin vegetables.

Sturdy product. Does not feel cheap. Easy to use time-saver. Chops, slices and dices. Folds away neatly. Simple to wash.The chopper has a dial to select the slicing thickness (0= thin slices, 8=thick slices) and two knobs. Each of the two knobs raise a cross sectional set of blades that enable dicing (turn one knob for thick cubes, both knobs for thin cubes).My chopper arrived yesterday. I used it to dice carrots and swede and I used it to slice mushrooms, leaks and spring onions. Watch your fingers and use the tool for holding veg against the blades.
