This mount is quite easy to install, it nicely fits onto the aluminium extrusion of your printer and smoothly glides back and forth along it.Mounting the extruder was quite simple and it securely stays in place. It can support various extruders which is nice and once fitted, you now have a direct drive printer which allows you to print with more difficult materials such as flexible filaments like TPU.Overall, if you want to print with more difficult filaments on your Ender 3, I would recommend this.

Once I installed it all I discovered that one of the wheels has a flat spot on them. So when the carriage would move. You would hear and notice movement in the carriage. I didn’t want to risk it so I replaced it with a wheel from my old carriage. The 2 screws you get to hold the mount for the direct driver motor is as useless as a chocolate teapot, the threads are weak. So had to replace them with to good screws. After faffing about. The printer was printing. So I took of two stars for the wheel flat spot and the bad screws.

I’ve converted one of my ender 3 printers to direct drive previously and was impressed by the benefits so I used this kit for my remaining Ender 3 pro printer.Opening the box I was surprised by the quality of the fittings and the clear instructions. Compared to my previous kit this had everything required to convert an ender 3 to direct drive. Additional mounting holes on the main bracket allow the use of the most common hot ends used with Ender printers.The installation took 15 minutes.I would recommend this kit to anyone considering converting there Ender 3 to direct drive

If you are wanting to make your Ender 3 or CR-10 a direct drive rig, then this mounting plate is what you need. It is easy to set up and use and is exactly what I was looking for. I can recommend the Zeberoxyz Upgrade Direct Drive Support!

This is my favorite design for a simple direct drive extruder upgrade. Installation is very easy and works great on pretty much any original Ender 3/Pro or CR-10/S printer. I have used it before on a CR-10S with a Titan clone extruder and on an Ender 3 pro using an upgraded metal extruder based on the original design. This design has holes in the appropriate places to allow the plate to line up properly with both styles of extruder (and BMG as well). It also includes an extension cord for connecting the motor once it is relocated to the print head. Two small pieces of blue PTFE tube are also included to be used between the extruder and the MK8 hotend. The only slightly tricky part of the installation is that you will have to determine the right length to cut the PTFE tube to based on which extruder you actually install, as it seats to different depths in different models. Unfortunately, the one thing missing from this kit is a PTFE tube cutter, but a sharp knife will also work, just be sure to get a clean, square cut. While the included tubing is blue in color, I was not trusting enough of it to actually use it, and instead used actual branded Capricorn tubes in my own installs.Overall, this kit is sturdy, well made, and easy to install. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star review is that this is a common design that is sold by multiple vendors on Amazon, typically for about 2/3 the price that they are selling this one for. And, that is for the EXACT same kit, even down to the instruction sheet and the box it comes in. So, while this is a good kit, they need to lower the price.

Ich habe mit diesem Set meinem Creality Ender 3 auf Direct Drive umgebaut.Was mir besonders an diesem Set gefällt, das es erstens für diverse Creality Drucker passt, aber auch für fast alle Extruder Arten. Sei es ein Standard "Single Gear" Extruder, ein "Dual Gear" Extruder, BMG Extruder, Titan Extruder, aber auch den Creality Sprite Extruder(auch wenn dieser nicht aufgeführt ist).Die Montage ist super einfach, man demontiert den "alten" Druckkopf-Schlitten, schraubt den neuen an, Montiert das Hotend wieder, schraubt die Motor-Aufnahme mit den beilegenden Schrauben in den richtigen Löcher des Schlitten montiert (ist in der Anleitung genau beschrieben und zum Schluss kommt der Extruder, der Moter und der Fanduct wieder drauf und fertig. Für jeden der ein wenig schrauben kann , ist das ein Kinderspiel.Im Lieferumfang befinden sich neben den Montage Teilen, auch das passende Werkzeug, zwei Stücker Bowden PTFE Schlauch, Verlängerung Kabel für den Motor und 3 Kabelbinder. Alles was man für einen umbau brauch ist dabei!Von mir gibt es eine klare Kaufempfehlung, für alle die ihren Creality Drucker auf Direst Drive umbauen wollen =)
