Got my 6 year old daughter this watch for the gps and voice call capabilities. The watch works great and gps function works really well. Watch came with clear instructions and when I reached out to the company with questions about setting it up they responded quickly and were very helpful. I really have nothing negative to say about it. I would highly recommend this product for a watch to use to keep track of your child.

This watch worked well for 9 months…until it just didnt. We didn’t even get a year out of it until it just went black and never turned on again. Can’t figure out how to contact the company for assistance.EDIT: Company reached out. First message offered a full refund. When I responded to agree to it, they then said they wouldnt give me a refund but would replace the watch. I already bought a new watch. When I asked why they offered the refund to begin with they said it was an automated message. What?!

My son is too young for a phone but I needed a way to contact him so this watch is perfect .

This watch does what it has advertised to do. This is the first one I purchased after researched a while on Amazon and internet. It has been a month so far and I think it is finally functioning as I would like it to be.Speedtalk sim card doesn't get good signal in my neighborhood. I didn't try any other sim card. But at least calling and texting sms works all the time.Gps location is usually off by a little while indoors. But when outside gps reports reasonably well.Battery can hold a day or two. So one does need to remember to charge it frequently.I did follow instructions closely and actively communicated with the customer service during the set up process. The setup process is a little more complicated than activating a normal cell phone nowadays but the customer service is much more prompt and helpful than most main stream cell phone manufacturer.

This product 4G GPS smart watch has met all our expectations. It works in Saudi Arabia, does gps tracking, good quality phone calls and video calls, messaging service is great as well. It has helped us track our 9 year old son who absolutely loves this watch as well. The features on watch are controllable from the app on our phones. The customer service rep, Johnny was also great on whattsapp with fast response and help.configuting step by step.

This watch is great for the price! GPS takes some effort to setup (have to contact the seller) but the SIM card aspect of it is easy to setup. I went with Mint because it was the cheapest route, and the service works great. Call volume on the watch isn't the best, but it works. Video and camera quality isn't the greatest either, but it isn't an IPhone so I didn't expect much there either, but its good enough to see my son and that's what I needed. GPS is pretty accurate (within 50-100 feet). Would definitely recommend it if you need to keep track and in contact with little ones!Update: barely holds a charge anymore and texts rarely go through, as well as calls. Also anyone can call it. Wouldn't recommend anymore.

I was infuriated by the poor quality of this cheap plastic watch. The tracking hasn't functioned since the day I purchased it. After just a week or two, it completely stopped making and receiving calls. Despite reaching out to "Johnny" repeatedly, expressing my frustration and anger, he offered one ineffective troubleshooting step after another, completely disregarding my concerns. Simply put, unless you want to support "Johnny" and his company, steer clear of this watch.

So far so good! Bought as a Christmas present for my 9 year old. She loves having the ability to call/text and I love knowing she is safe and that I can get in touch with her if needed. Easy to use and set up. Overall happy with this purchase so far.

We bought this phone after doing some research on phone watches. I was so impressed with the item. My son took it to school and it's better than the above brands. We had a small problem and contacted Johny and was answered within 24 hours and the problem was instantly solved. The phone comes with instructions to follow for Australian telecommunications providers too, all you need to do is to read them properly. The company also has an email address to contact them as well as a whatsapp number for help. This is one of the best suppliers to deal with with via Amazon. Amazing service and a fantastic product.
