I have been on a well know AREDS vitamin for years because I have "age" related issues with my eyes. When I got this Vitamin it was missing one of the most the important part of the vitamin. I requested a refund then asked the company why they would not include the Lutein . They told me they follow the guidelines for ARED vitamins. I felt his email somewhat short to me. So I did some quick and noted this was not true, Lutein is a very much a very needed part of a AREDs vitamin-mineral supplement. So do your own research, and skip this product.
