Best Robot Vacuum/mop
The media could not be loaded. I decided to purchase this because life is insanely busy in this season, my husband and I own businesses, son is active in sports, the house is under construction, and the dog is shedding. I couldn't keep up with everything. This video is the 1st day of set up. As you can see I need to adjust the mop/carpet zone so it gets closer to the carpet while moping. It mops and vacuums at the same time. It ran over a medium size lego and kept on truckingIt got a dryer sheet stuck in the wheel and was just going in a circle so I had to figure out what was going on with it but figured it out pretty quick. With the house being under construction we have uneven floor transitions in some rooms. It doesn't hesitate. Just climbs over the uneven transition and continues working .I was able to snag it for $150 which is a deal I couldn't pass up.It's not super loud but you can hear it working.

Very disappointed! Defective product, seems released before it was ready.
This review is about SHARK RV2620WD AI Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop with Matrix Clean Navigation. Seems reviews on Amazon are mixed up between different models, so it can be misleading. I also have Roborock vacuum and bought this one due to mopping function which I haven’t been able to try due to issues listed below.1. Mapping: It doesn’t map the home correctly as far as I can say after repeating multiple times.2. Carpet zones: it fails to create carpet zones after multiple tries. this is important if you want to use mopping mode. It has a hard time getting on my thin rugs. Nine out of 10 times it doesn’t go on the rugs during carpet, recognition mode, but it does go on those rugs during mapping mode. Go figure!3. With auto recharging enabled, during the Cleaning runs, it returned to the dock after battery dropped to 90% from 100%. Only after disabling auto recharging, it continued cleaning more than few minutes. And even during those runs, Never cleaned all the rooms selected but only a small section, and then returned back to the dock. This behavior is repeatable. It took about half an hour to clean a small section of the room. Can’t imagine how much it would take to clean the whole house which I have not been able to do successfully with this robot vacuum.4. In the app you cannot see the robot path in realtime unlike Roborock app.5. The push notifications are enabled in the app and phone settings but I do not get any push notifications from the robot activities.6. After trying more than 20 times so far, the robot has not vacuumed the home a single time as selected in the app, only partial sections. It seems this product was released before it was ready for consumer release or at least before the software, the firmware, and the apps were ready for this model. Very disappointed. It seems as if they haven’t done much internal testing for this robot vacuum else I can’t believe why this model was released to consumers.Update:12/19/23: I tried mopping function by selecting only 1 room with tiles Unfortunately even that doesn’t work as the robot really has a hard time navigating and covering the room. It kept on mopping a small tiny area of the room for a very long time and then missed larger other sections of the same room. Eventually ot ended up in the other adjacent room which was not selected for cleaning. Mopping does work okay when it works. Clearly the “AI” name in this model is a big marketing gimmick and the laser radar function does not work. This is the worst robot I have ever used. AVOID at all costs even if it’s free as it does not work at all and will end up wasting lot of time for you.

Shark Vaccum
Very nice vacuum. This robot cleans the floor as advertised. It does a great job.The box was a little damaged when received. But, the factory packaging was enough to keep the inside from damage. For future shipments I would recommend placing the original box into another box to prevent any possible damage.

Works great
Vacuum works great and doesn’t bang into things like the room a. This has a good sensor regarding what’s in front of it. Also runs quieter than the room a. I think the dust bin can be messy to empty. The app is very much lacking compared to the roomba. Setting the schedule isn’t as flexible. Other than the app, this is a really great product. But I’ll put up with a less fit Vito Al app to have a quieter, smarter vacuum.

We love our Shark 2-in-1!
We have had a Shark Duoclean vacuum for years, and it's been amazing for cleaning up after twins and multiple cats. But now that we have a much bigger house with lots of wood floors, we wanted to invest in a robot vac. We love our Duoclean so much that we didn't really even research other brands—we just went with what we know and love. And so far, it's paying off big time!We got the Shark AI Ultra Robot 2-in-1 Vacuum and Mop. My twins named her "Emily". The fact that she vacuums AND mops simultaneously is nothing short of AMAZING. Her mapping system is ROBUST. She spent an hour or so exploring our house and mapping it out, then I was able to name each room. You have the ability to set "no-go" zones which the robot will avoid completely, and create carpet zones where she won't go when she has the mop attached. With the app, you can select just a couple of rooms for her to clean, or the whole house. You can also have her "spot clean" any 5 square foot area. She has three cleaning levels: Eco, Normal, and Matrix. We decided against the self-emptying base, for a few reasons: 1. It's SO much more expensive, 2. I read it's really loud and we didn't want it to scare our cats, and 3. It only empties the dustbin—it doesn't do anything for the mopping reservoir. We knew we'd only do a few rooms at a time, so just emptying her dust bin after each run has been totally fine for us. When Emily is just doing her normal vacuum and mop runs, she's pretty quiet—no scared cats! Are there any cons? I'm not sure how well her cliff sensor works—she almost fell down the stairs when she first mapped out the house, but I was there to stop her. But not a big deal, because I created a no-go zone around the stairs. Also she doesn't do spectacularly well on carpets. But she does good enough for me! Overall I am THRILLED that Emily has joined our family!
