i had Back pain & neck pain for the last 3 years and it keeps getting worse & worse, but a year ago I started to notice difficulty in walking, I can't lie down and relax because at hips it starts shooting pain & also unable to move my neck fully due to pain and I am just 26 years old so not good, I take it seriously and went to the doctor & they take MRI and some blood report on spine and found that i have L4 & L5 disc bulge & acute sacroiliitis, so the orthopedic doctor gave me pain killers but it is just temporary relief not cure so i was looking for a permanent solution so i contacted the chiropractor and they told me to do some xray and blood test, in xray they explain me that you are having misalignment of spine which is causing a lot of stress on L4 & L5 disc & also the cause hips pain and blood report shows the vitamins D deficiencythis is the reason for every pain i have so the doctor told me to take vitamin D sachet and i see some difference recovery is happing slowly but after i used this massage gun i see fast recovery & i am able to lie down on the floor and able to relax yes the hips pain is there but it is not killing me now it is getting less day by day, i use massager in the whole spine, neck shoulder plates & on hips at every 3 days, my suggestion is not to use it daily i am using it after every 2 day like if I used it on Monday they the next time it will be Thursday & also i got 3 times a week for taking sunlight 30 min each time so it is filling my vitamin D needs & massage gun help me to recover fast, now what I am doing is a permanent cure for my back & neck pain, I liked the product very much i order 2 one for relative and 1 for me, great product, great force, and very good battery backup, like at each season you only needs 10 min that is enough and i think it i will last 2 hours if you use it at single full charge so good batterry backup

I brought this on diwali sale for my parents.No doubts the investment is good, mom used it before bed to relax legs and back. I use for shoulder and neck.Pro:1. good plastic quality,2. devic handling is easy3. Vibration and rpm is good.4. Can recharge battery with phone charger. (Normal adapter ) not checked with fast charger.Cons:1. Machine get hot if continue run 14 minutes.2. No direct off button.3. No adapter given with this.4. No mention of battery . Can be changed or Not.Verdict: Overall value deal. You get 8 separate heads. Use it with care and it will last many years.I will update review later.
