Sturdy and able to adjust the heights
Sturdy and able to adjust the heights I purchased this product because I had a knee operation and I struggle to get out of my patio door because it was so deep to step down and to get back up into the house so I gave this ago to see if it would work absolutely brilliant so anybody out there that has got a deep step to get down to to get out of the door I’d recommend buying One of these and good value for money..

Damaged
The item arrived damaged. Part of the underneath had broken and there were three bits of it that had broken off in the bag it came in. I can’t send this back, as I need it for a fitness challenge that is underway now so don’t want to waste any time waiting for a replacement to come. It has left a sharp edge where it’s damaged, so hope it doesn’t do any damage to my carpet. Pretty disappointed.EDIT: Despite my review, no one has contacted me by way of an apology or offer of a partial refund for the damaged step.
