When my old Gig Easy stand finally gave up the ghost after over 13 years of loyal service—and with the company sadly out of business—I went on the hunt for a worthy replacement. Enter the Hercules DG307B Adaptive Series 2-in-1, a tablet mount that, like Hercules’ legendary guitar stands, delivers both durability and thoughtful design.There was a bit of a learning curve at first—mostly because I’d gotten so used to the old setup—but once I figured out how to adjust this thing for live performance, it was game on. The clamp attaches cleanly to my mic stand, and unlike my old clip, it’s designed to minimize scuffing or cosmetic wear, which is great if you care about keeping your stands looking sharp.There are multiple adjustable joints to get just the right angle and height, and the whole thing feels solid and stable once tightened down. I use it to hold a 10th-gen iPad during performances, and it hasn’t wobbled or failed me once.My only mild concern is the ball-shaped adjustment knobs, which are made of plastic. They work perfectly now, but I’ll be keeping an eye on how they age. If the tension slips over time, that could be a wear point—but for now, everything is rock solid.With fast shipping and a very reasonable price, this is a fantastic upgrade or replacement for anyone who’s relied on a tablet mount for stage work. It may have big shoes to fill, but so far, this Hercules clip is living up to the name.

Sturdy enough form my 14" Samsung ultra tablet. Doesn't obscure buttons and easy to position for exact visibility for song notes during a performance.

I love this Hercules iPad Mount. I have found an alternate use for it. It holds my Zoom LiveTrak L-6 Mixer Recorder in the perfect, most stable position above my Yamaha CK61 during Live Music Performances at the local night club/restaurant where I work every Saturday night. (See Picture)

Using it to hold an iPad 10th gen inside it's gel case as a selfie station photo booth. Works like a friggin charm. keeps a good grip to the speaker pole that I have it mounted on. Not too bulky and stays incognito behind the iPad. Well done!!!

I attach this to a mic stand without the boom. It works well for my iPad or iPhone.

Holds my iPad super sturdy. Rotates. Sometimes I wish I could extend it a little further out. But otherwise it’s awesome and does its job. I use this for saxophone gigs mostly

Holds my 11" ipad when I am practicing guitar.

Works great so far. Bass player got one, so a couple of us in band copied him. (I had researched a lot & couldn't figure out what to get.)This holder fits, even with my ipad having the super strong Otter case on it - which was my main concern. The Otter case weight doesn't stop this holder from working.Will test it out at a gig soon. Right now, it's being used in rehearsals and in a vocal coaching live zoom meetings. Working great so far!
