This little box saved my printer. No matter how many times it was “cleaned”, it left streaks on the paper when using color inks. After one deep clean with this box, the streaks are gone! I’m so happy! It saved me a trip to the local printing store to make color copies since I was again able to make them at home. Totally easy to install — pop the old one out and slide/snap the new one in. The price for two of these can’t be beat, either! One box lasts a really long time and we’re getting two of them!!! Again, it made my printer streaks go away, so now my printer is performing like new! If you’re wondering about the box, I’d recommend it. It’s worked wonderfully!!! 😊

It was kind of fussy at first, but I got to work. My printer didn't want to acknowledge it at first, so I removed it and placed it back in. It's been working awesome!

Worked perfectly! I must admit I was apprehensive in ordering this as I wasn’t sure I would be able to change the maintenance box even though the video made it look easy. I’ve heard such horror stories about how you have to go in and take the printer apart that I just didn’t believe it would be that easy but it was. You press the release button, slide the box a little to the left and lift it out. They even include a bag for the old filled maintenance box so that you don’t get ink everywhere.Inserting the new box was just as simple, insert it and slide it to the right and you’re done.!!!!!I wish everything could be this simple. I highly recommend this product and company. The quality for the money is excellent.

This works perfect with my epsom 8550. It’s my go to now.
