Stays cold for a long tome

Product worked well on hip. It’s compact and lightweight.

Good, large size. Stays good and cold for at least 15 minutes. Straps, bottom fabric and seams are a bit rough on the skin. Not the most comfortable wrap.

Since there seems to be little consistency in which brands are flexible when frozen, and which aren't, I tried ordering 2 different brands. World-Bio (this one) was flexible. The other other, Rester's Choice, was not very flexible. But all brands seem to have occasional problems with flexibility. There were no leaks, but I don't heat these things up. I suspect that using them as heat pads will strain the seams.

They stay cold long enough to do the job and they cover the whole area of my knee above, below and on the sides. Having two of them to rotate gives means there is always a cold pack when I need one.

After a total knee replacement you need this.Nothing feels better than after a workout ie physical therapy to put the ice on to keep the swelling down
