I like the size of these boxes but I had a problem with the finish on one box. Contacted the seller with the problem and the seller immediately issued a full refund. Great customer service!!!!!

Update:I posted this review after returning and requesting a refund for the replacement I received from this company. I got 4 emails in 3 days from the vendor asking me what they could do to make the situation right and asking me to change my stars for their "excellent Customer Service."Really? It appears this company isn't aware that "excellent Customer Service" begins *previous to the first sale* by accurately describing its products so the customer can make an informed decision. This company didn't say that their products might be defective and/or inferior compared to their description. I would have looked elsewhere if it had and saved myself the time of dealing with and delivering the returns for shipment.Two out of three defective products doesn't warrant a rating above 2 stars. The 2 stars was for timely shipping and timely response to requests for replacements and refunds. 1 star removed for asking me to elevate your product when you aren't delivering what you promise.=======================I originally bought the box one uses to hide tissue boxes, and was really pleased with it, so decided to buy these matching boxes for the same room to hide remote controls, cat toys, etc. What a disappointment the second order was!There were So Many Air Bubbles underneath the gold, embossed paper on almost all sides of both boxes. Perhaps whoever assembled these may have thought the air bubbles added to the embossed crocodile texture? All I could see was how quickly those bubbles would cause the gold leaf(?) to wear off the paper, and make the paper vulnerable to tears. I decided to give the company a second chance, and requested a replacement with the return.Unfortunately, the second set of boxes came with the same imperfections, so I'm sending them back and getting a refund. Such a disappointment! I was looking forward to having the clutter hidden in nice, matching boxes.Note on pics: I've included pics from all 3 orders in this review. Also, it's important to share that it was impossible to capture all the bubbles on the storage boxes' reflective surfaces when I took these pics, eventhough I tried changing lighting. So be aware, there's about twice as many bubbles as what's shown in the pics.

These boxes are beautiful. They're very sparkly and worked as I hoped. They make a great addition to hide trinkets and look good on the dresser.

These are a great value for your money and look very elegant.
