Got a deal on a "renewed" Nespresso Vertuo, advertised as "like new" so was surprised when label stated warranty would be different. However; have used once daily for little over a month and have not noticed any problems. Love it, so easy to use and no mess; great espresso. Previously had Gevi espresso machine which was about 6 years old, made great espresso but more work; decided to try this one and am very pleased. Some reviews said coffee is not hot enough, but it is perfect to me no issues, great crema. All in all, got a great price and love this unit!

The best coffee I have ever had .I tried it at a friend‘s house and really enjoyed it, and I always have cream in my coffee, but I drink a whole cup of black coffee without any cream.It gets the water, nice and hot and every cup has this creamy look to it and it’s just delicious.I totally enjoy my Nespresso .
