It actually looked really awesome. The stand for it was pretty decent as well. A little flimsy, but looked amazing when holding the sphere. The only complaint I had is I took this with me as a gift for a friend overseas. At the security checkpoint they pulled my carry-on bag to be searched because of this. They had to open the seal on it, and was like "Oh that is a neat glass ball, carry on." The size is perfect, and the etchings inside were clear. I almost want to get one for myself!

The crystal ball was shipped quickly, packaged well, and accurate to size described.I purchased with the intention of giving it as a gift, and will be purchasing some others in the future (Now I want one to keep for myself) 🤭I feel the size and quality for pricing is a good purchase. The sizing is quaint, but it's a perfect size to be able to display without worrying about having/creating a large space for a larger item.It came in a little box with thick foam that was shaped to protect both the stand and the crystal ball. The crystal ball I received didn't have any scratches or flaws in the surface which I was soo relieved about (nervous because it was a last minute order). The etched image in the center is visible, catches ambient light nicely, especially when you experiment with lighting angles and colored backgrounds. I was surprised when I experimented with a dark background and a light source behind the background. That combination created an almost eclipse like glow on the crystal ball where the image still captured the lighting wonderfully.

Great quality! Absolutely beautiful! Will use as a paperweight!

This is smaller in real life than what it looks like on the online photos. Its first rate quality, my only negative comment is that I wished that the internal solar system part had a better resolution than what it has.... too many dots spaced apart... never the less very nice to look at.

Bought this one a whim and enjoyed having it on my desk.Then I cam across an old lighted base and discovered it looked even better lit up and makes a great night light that shows a great pattern on the ceiling!
