Save time.
The Kreg quick flip saves so much time in the wood shop since you aren't having to switch between tools. Just drill all your countersunk holes, then flip the bit and you're ready to drive your screw.Kreg has a lot of really innovative products and I look forward to what they will have next.

Exactly what I wanted, but why a KREG bit?
I've never used a KREG bit and felt disappointed it was the tip included in the bit. I ordered a set a short phillip bits for it. The KREGS might work better, but then I'd have to buy new screws--not going to happen right now.

totally useable poor Quality control by the manufacturer
I opened the Amazon package installed the bit in a Milwalkee 18 volt battery drill , and drilled a test hole in a piece of clear pine ( soft Wood )The bit was wobbling ,, I re inserted the bit in the drill , and drilled another hole still wobbling ,, I thought maybe it's the drill ,I then inserted the bit in a Bosh 10 volt 3/8 battery drill ,, it was still wobbling visibility ,the bit drilled a oval hole ( these type of bits are hard to bend ) this is not Amazons fault , it's Kregs quality control , I resorted to the old method of drilling the 120 holes I needed to do ,and I will use this. $20 Kreg flip bit as a paper weight on my desk as a reminder !! Never To Buy any thing made by Kreg again !!Me I'm a commercial and Residential master Carpenter 40 plus years experience I make money with the tools I useDon't throw your money on Kreg products !!

Perfect!!! I’ve got and have used Kreg products for many years and I have never had anything but excellent service from their products. They continue to improve upon their existing products and develop new products regularly. I’m a long time repeat customer

Randomly defective.
Product had a defect and wobbled as it spun. I had tossed the packaging or I would have returned it. I sourced one locally, same product, different supplier and it was fine.
