Fantastic customer service!
I purchased 6 5 gallon containers, we received them promptly, but without the spouts. I contacted the seller and within 4 days we had the spouts!! This is a company that has great customer service. You can order from them with confidence, we will use them when the time comes to reorder the containers. We use them to mix cleaning chemicals in our cleaning business and they last, great value for your money!!

Good buy
Bought these to dilute my chemicals for my LLC, works great. Alot less product waste with the pour spout versus hand pouring and spilling.

You have to tighten the lids on these extremely tight
I’d give these five stars but it took us several tries to get the lids on tight enough not to allow seepage and even then, they are wet around the threads, There is no gasket inside the cap

missing critical pieces
product seemed like it would be a great value with the exception that it was not shipped with the faucets as described in the item details. Unfortunately, no missing parts can be shipped out so a full return was required.

Rare, No leaking jug
Pricey, but works for what I need. Got sick of leaking chemicals fro dispensing jugs. Tried these. So far no leaking. I like that to fill you do not need to take the spigot off. It has a fill cap. So I expect this to be drip free for the foreseeable future.
