I recommend an imax charger because you need a quality balance charger. Your pitts comes with an eflite connector for the battery pack. Motion rc has packs for about 8 dollars. I use a 2s 300mah 7.4 voltage pack. If you google imax you will get instructions on video

Q: Can this bind with the Spectrum dXE transmitter?

it binds with dx6e I think it binds to the dxe!

Q: Is this the v2 or upgraded version?

If you just got your pitts then it is v2 upraded because the the older one is no longer made
