Excellent generator for the price.Well made and good looking.Starts on first pull, very easy.3 year warranty. We are using it for home backup use.Delivery was exceptional, ordered Friday afternoon and it was delivered at 8.15am Saturday morning.Highly recommended and good value.

User guide good, up and running very quickly after adding oil and fuelling. Started on first pull once fuel reached the carb. Steady output voltage. Only ran it for about 10 minutes to test, but its looking good for a standby power supply.

I have tried to return this generator, because after 2 hours trying to turn it on i was able to make it work, and it makes more noice than my old generator, also I tried to return it but the customer service was so unhelpful, so I’m stick with it.

Bought it as a back up for the house. Starts first time. Slightly less noisy than a lawn mower.Heavy. Have ordered the wheels and handles accessory kit as difficult to move 46kg (plus 13kg of petrol) single handed

Only downside is the weight !!

Great Generator just a alittle louder and heavier than i was expecting almost 100 decibel but ok like most generators when doors and windows are shut is ok. Just add oil then fuel/gas then oil airfilter then connect charged battery then move choke to open 100% then start started first time for me but you do have to remember to move choke very slowly back to run otherwise it will cough and sputter and die and cut out but is ok if it does. just turn everything off wait 20/30secs and start again till you get it right and runs smoothly. All in all good experience for my needs and runs everything i need it to as a backup gen
