Love them but find the rubber fittings fiddly.

My husband had had hearing aids before which were more suited to his needs.

I have bought 2 of these units and both the units failed. I also found that the ear pieces were very large and clumsy.

the worst item i have ever wasted money on the sound quality is tinny when they do manage to work they are uncomfortable to wear and wont stay in my ears and the ear buds are a nightmare to attach to the aids

Contrary to the above review (at the time of writing) these do what they are meant to do. The silicone grommets are easy to plop (can't think of a better way to describe it) into position. The sound quality isn't Dolby (TM) quality, more like you are listening to a recording, but it is amplified enough. Only issue so far was a random feedback whistle, has so far only done it the once with no apparent reason. Are they worth the £80, not 100% sure on that one, personally I'd probably say around £50 mark. But overall happy with them, SO FAR.PS: Biggest gripe is you need an adaptor (shaving plug) for the charger.
