I already owned an HDMI transmitter/receiver kit but it did not have any other way of sending a transmission other than just the transmitter to the receiver. Good thing I looked around because I found this kit and it almost has it all. It has the hardware transmitter and receiver, but it also accepts connections from Samsung Smart View and Apple AirPlay, which is pretty much necessary nowadays if you want to seamlessly share your phone or tablet screen with a TV/Projector. The one thing this is missing is the ability to cast my Windows PC to it. However, I think that is limited to Microsoft's technology such as their Wireless Display Link. Not a deal breaker at all, but just keep in mind you won't be able to cast your Windows PC to this receiver.The setup process is very simple and you should be up and running within 10 minutes if you know exactly where you want to plug in your transmitter and receiver. You just plug the transmitter into the input source, such as a computer, console, etc., and then plug the receiver into the display, such as a TV, projector, etc. Be sure to also power the HDMI transmitter and receiver through a USB-C power source for it to get power and work without any problems. I did some testing myself and it seems that both the transmitter and receiver only pull about 2.5 Watts maximum when used, so the need for 5V 2A (10 Watts) as they state is not necessary at all. I have a power meter to read this power usage, so that's from what I could tell. This means that if you have a projector or TV with a USB port, it will likely only need 5V and about 0.5A of current, which is what most TV/projector USB ports supply at the most.In terms of video signal quality, video quality, and latency, it does a good job. I have the transmitter set about 15 feet away from the receiver connected to my projector, with a couch slightly blocking the line of sight between the two. That being said, after using it, I have not noticed any issues with video or audio delay, which is expected. A minor thing that it lacks a bit is the input response time. For example, if you were to move a mouse cursor around on the screen connected to the receiver, it would feel just a very tiny bit delayed and jittery from when you move your cursor to when you see it move on the screen. It by no means is bad to where it is unusable, but if you are trying to game with a mouse and keyboard with almost no latency like when using your PC monitor, you probably won't enjoy it too much. However, using a controller seems to be perfectly fine (does not feel laggy) due to the nature of a controller being wireless and not being as sensitive to input response time as a mouse. This is still an improvement over my old HDMI transmitter/receiver kit, so I am satisfied with this. Another additional minor con is that the video quality is not nearly as good/uncompressed as my old HDMI transmitter/receiver, which makes sense. What comes with a latency improvement probably comes with slightly more video compression. What I mean by this is that the video seems just a tad more pixelated and literally "compressed" looking than my previous transmitter/receiver. However, it still looks good and I'm not disappointed. I'd rather have that than a laggy/delayed signal. This depends on the display too. If you are transmitting to a 4K display, you'll notice that compression more, but if you are using a 1080p display, it's almost unnoticeable. And speaking about 4K, do not be tricked by how they say that this kit can output 4K at 30 Hz; it does not do that. Basically, only expect 1080p 60 Hz out of this and nothing more.Overall, if you can find this at a discounted price of around $100 - $110 (it usually is), then it's a pretty good value. If you are looking for wireless HDMI transmission, this is the solution for you. However, if you are looking to use this for PC wireless gaming, with a mouse (for some odd reason), then I guess it is acceptable, but is not ideal and will not give you a good, low-latency response experience. Video and audio transmission is perfectly fine though, and using a controller is a fine experience.

The wireless HDMI transmitter worked very well. Hooked up to computer and a TV that is roughly 16 feet away and it just worked! I love when technology works.

Easy to install and replace my wired cable connection. Reliable and fast transmission when watching TV. Definitely worth the price.

Bought this in hopes of going wireless for my home Golden Tee golf game. Works great, no lag as of yet. Very happy

Okay I usually wait till Amazon asked me to make a review. but I wanted to come on here to promote this. It is actually a good product. This was my 4th yes 4th try 1 in town and 3 from Amazon. I the third time is the charm. Super easy setup. It connected the first time I tried it it stayed connected for more than 5 minutes. Signal was good audio was good. This was a very unique situation. I fix computers for a living and I had a job where I was installing a new TV on the wall the way they ran the old wire through it it was impossible to take out. So we try to wireless adapter and a second and the third. Within a day at most they were crapping out. One way or another one just died. One couldn't hold a signal more than 5 or 10 minutes. One just one set up at all. This one still working couple weeks later I will update my review if anything changes. Customer is super happy in fact is so happy he ordered the second one so we can clean up the chords in his other room. Oh not to mention this adapter was the least expensive out of the four I tried. Not to mention it arrived on time undamaged and I was at my wit's end you guys saved me. Five stars for sure

The media could not be loaded. **UPDATE: so I tried the product again during a late night basketball game with the Lakers and also with my PS4 for a racing game... again very glitchy with during both... commercials played effortlessly**Purchased this product to watch the Superbowl on my projector from my cable box with a few friends! Setup was pretty easy and instructions were straight forward and i purchased it because of its size and i knew it would be hanging from the projector which is mounted to the ceiling.. Distance between cable box and projector was approximately 15 feet, with a clear line of sight. The actual live game ended up being very glitchy because of the product, although it showed clear with no issues for commercials and other TV channels were shows were pre-recorded. I initially thought it was the game itself, but i turned on another TV and it was playing great so it had to be the HDMI transmitter. My Superbowl party ended up having to go to another room to watch the game. Was very disappointed, considering the low latency reported for this product. There should not have been any issues considering the distance and the type of connection. Don't know how well this product will work for live online games, considering what it did for the Superbowl game.
