Agreed. They run small. I wear pant size 12/14 and I got the 2x and they fit great.

No, it’s not see through. But, it is white and usually if you wear colored underware. under white it will show through. Flesh color is the best. Just saying.

Q: When the XL elastic pant waist is stretched to its fullest, what is the total waist measurement? In other words, how many more inches does it stretch?

The large stretches about 36 inches max, not sure about the XL.
