HJC HJ-20M FG-17 Helmet Shield Pinlock Shield (Clear)

This is the original replacement HJC shield. Very well made and fits the helmets they say it does.Better than spending the money on a new helmet.

Work great with IS 17 helmet. I forgot what it was like to look through a clean/non-scratched shield!

This fits an fg-17 exactly, but I would have appreciated the shield having a protective sticker over the front and the back, just like the visors are when you first buy the helmet. This visor is just sitting in plastic wrap with no protection at all. Mine arrived with a few light scratches already, which if you have OCD, is frustrating, but they were not bad enough to return it, since the visor will get scratched while riding anyways. I will be monitoring the durability of the plastic locking clip at the bottom. My original visor randomly cracked at the clip, and eventually the clip fell off, which is why I bought this. Not sure if this one will suffer from the same problem or not.

Pinlock device broke after a couple of weeks. Very cheap materials. Second time it’s happened. Unfortunately if you own this helmet your stuck with this crummy shield
