The printer looked very nice and was pre assembled. On using it I found the touch screen to be quite unresponsive and added more letters/numbers than I pressed so it took quite some time to input my WiFi code etc, in the end I used a touchscreen pen which worked a lot better. I emailed the seller to discuss this matter but didn't get a reply. Additionally after a few days use, on start up, the cooling fan or something started to make a very loud noise which was very concerning. As I'd only had the printer a week I'd now lost confidence in it and wasn't prepared to request a repair or replacement, I didn't contact customer service given that I didn't get a reply on my previous contact. I don't know if this is a one off but I'm very disappointed. I gave it two star's because of these issues, and I have now returned it, however, I will say when it worked the printing results were quite good.
