this is a very thin quilt, im using it more for decorative purposes vs the need for a blanket.

Washes well
I have an Italian Mastiff that likes to sleep on my bed, during the day. I needed a coverlet that I could wash weekly. I have used spray and wash and it cleans up well.

Pretty but not oversized.
I ordered this because regular duvet cover don’t hang down enough for my liking. I thought by ordering an “oversized”bedspread, it would cover the bed and reach the floor. It doesn’t, but hangs down enough on each side that I do like it. I think it’ll be great for summer.

Microfiber means polyester
It is a generous size, and a lovely color. It is cheaply made, but price was low. The material is listed as "microfiber." In terms of weight, it is light, but the tag reads 100% polyester and that is not a cool fiber in summer, especially in Tucson , Arizona. Buyer beware. I should have googled "microfiber."

Pretty Good
The material is not cotton-like and doesn’t feel “quilt”-like either. I also didn’t read the materials description so that’s on me. I still really really like it though. It’s very light and breathable which has made sleeping in this summer weather so much easier. It will make a good topper to another blanket in the winter. I have a king size bed and it fits perfect including being able to cover myself, the boyfriend and our 4 dogs. The color is great. I personally wanted a more cotton like fabric, but this is still good. I’m hopeful that it will soften up after a few more washes.

The quilt serves its purpose but is not what I expected. The pictures portray a thicker, more substantial quilt. This one is so thin I am afraid it will rip.
