When i opened it i found the motor sitting on the wires. Looks like it was packaged with the motor sitting on the wires. You can see bare wire exposed. Im gonna try to fix it with heat shrink tubing and pray the wires are still fine and not broke. Unknown if the motor works at this point. Just irritated now that the wires weren't coiled up to the side with a twist tie.Update: The company saw my post and reached out to me within a few days, giving me the option of a full refund or a replacement. I asked for a refund, they not only did that but sent me another motor to replace the damaged one. On arrival the new motor wires were properly coiled at the end of the motor. I did not expect the new motor but I upped my rating from 2 stars to 5 due to the customer service recieved. Good customer service is hard to come by these days! Thank you.
