Excellent professional fitness quality. This is what the pros use. Reasonable price too. Very good ingredients. No fillers!

Giving high rating because I love this brand. However after my purchase I don’t think I would purchase the 500mg again. I found that’s too high for someone who doesn’t have a defiency and could cause kidney stones. 90mg is suggested for healthy men. But if the milligram percentage is what you need I highly recommend this brand.
