Perfect wireless conference device for home use
Excellent wireless conference device. It literally cancels out all background noise and focuses only on the voice which makes it ideal for taking calls in noisy areas and for work from home during summer when it can get irritating wearing headphones for long hours. Very highly recommended. The battery backup is also very good and needs to be charged only once in 3-4 days for average call duration.

Must for WFH
I tried with numerous ear phones and head phones (including Bose) for meetings. And I was getting ear pain due to prolonged usage. and also had issue of my voice is not clear on other side.After lot of research and going through reviews finally purchased this.My experience after 1 month of use.The voice is loud and clear.Build quality is very good. Feels premium.Using it for listening audio books also, the experience is amazing.No need to lean close to device when speaking, Even when I sit back and speak also the mic is picking the audio perfectlynoise cancellation is satisfactory, good at removing back ground noise such as fan/traffic, even it suppressed the construction noise considerably.worth for the money.

Worst product quality and customer support.
I purchased this Bluetooth speaker for WFH. Immediately after one month, it started giving an issue. I immediately contacted customer support and to my surprise, it took almost a month to get the new product. First, they will pick up the product through courier and send it to the Bengaluru facility for repair work. It is the only service centre they have. After the replacement it worked well for a month and the next month its mic stopped working. My colleagues started complaining that my voice was very low. I again raised the complaint on 15th March 2024. They acknowledged it on 19th March. The speaker was collected from home and on 06th April and got the reply that it has reached the service centre. On 10th April I got another email stating that they would upgrade the product but it would take another 10 days.The overall turnaround time for customer support functions from my past two experiences is a month or more. This is not a pleasant experience. They need to improve on both product quality as well as support functions.
