Oh boy, these really hit the spot when you’re doing a keto WOE. I purchased the mix of four flavors. Traditional tastes like regular Chex mix. Spicy has a good kick to it, but not too hot for my sensitive taste buds. Cheddar is yummy. Ranch could use a stronger flavor. Overall the crunch and satisfaction score is 5 star! It would be great if the product cost less, but I will continue to purchase. I do recommend portioning out one serving each time, so you don’t go crazy and eat the whole bag in one sitting.

I got the variety pack and have tried the ranch so far. Wow! If someone handed a bowl of this to me I would say oh sorry I'm on keto I'm not eating that type of stuff right now...Except that it is keto friendly! 5 net carbs so don't overdo it. Filling and easy to eat a small portion. Also cheaper on Amazon than on the brand website :)

I like the size of the bag, well packed as well, I like the crunch factor and the different flavors. Bbq please? The spicy is spicy not mild, but good. There is a slight "protein" taste not off putting. They are kinda pricey but a serving is satisfying. I will more than likely purchase them again. I tried the cereal but didn't care for it.

....but these are really good. They will test your self control. Also, these are the best tasting product that Catalina Crunch makes. Their cookies and cereal don't work for me.Best to portion these out by carb and calories to limit yourself. One reviewer on here says they are cheating on the portions included in the bags (how many oz of product), so watch out for that too.

Taste is good, but hard to chew.

These are fantastic. Crunchy, flavorful, dense. You don’t need a lot, people! The protein will fill you up if you eat slowly and pay attention to PORTIONS, which has always been my downfall. I find a litlle goes a long way. That said, I think a portion of 2 oz. is best. Price reflects quality and should cue you to not eat a bag in one sitting. One bag is 3 snacks for me. I recommend getting the variety so you can find the one(s) you like best. Great product!

I’m not following any type of food plan, but decided to try these for something new. I got the variety pack and I liked all of them. The spicy bag has a nice heat, so if you’re sensitive to that, you might want to mix with the traditional. I do wish the bags were more than 6 oz. and I do wish they weren’t quite as expensive as they are, but unfortunately everything is expensive today. I have already ordered more and will probably get a subscription.

Love the different flavors. Spicy is a little more than a kick to me, and won’t buy that flavor again. For me, felt like they took original and poured cayenne on everything. Will mix a small amount in a serving of another to give the heat that works for me. A little pricey for the amount, so once in a while. Love the different textures, love the flavors.
