I found these 3 books interesting, as Sadhguru has a philosophy that is hard to deny, Definitely Eastern, not Western. I don't know how practical that it is?

Profoundly inspiring and insightful. I’ve practiced Kriya yoga for over 20 years and up until now had not heard such clear, concise beautiful wisdom, simultaneously practical and esoteric. Humans need this at all levels: physical, mental, and spiritual. It just is what the planet and all living beings need at this precise moment. It is a great vehicle for our evolution and the evolution of the entire Earth.

Book in good condition. Expensive. But good book to read.

Read 2 of his books in two weeks. So much wisdom in them! These are life changing books!
