Great label printer
Had issues with a different manufacturer, this one worked great for the project. Cheap and fast, very happy with this model.

Great postage labels!
If you're happy with your Zebra ZSB series label printer, then it goes without saying that you're going to be happy with these labels. They're not the cheapest ones on the market, but they always feed perfectly, the print quality is superb, and they survive the mails better than most.

Easy to use
I like how easy these labels are to use and that there is no ink involved. The only complaint I have is that the website goes down semi-frequently making it difficult to print labels when I need them, but it's usually only for a couple minutes. I use these labels for my bakery business and they are easily customizable. I use compostable packaging, so I love that the labels and the cartridges are compostable or recyclable. I've never had any issues with these coming damaged, and I'm sure if they did the company would replace them. Their customer service has always been very responsive and helpful.

Defective UPDATED
Was missing the chip on the bottom of the cartridge so the printer would not recognize it. I wasn't aware of this when I finally needed to replace the label maker and it is way too late to return. Double-check that your cartridge has the chip on the bottom as soon as you receive it.UPDATE 09.18.2024They did contact me to fix the issue which I really appreciated. Since then, all my previous orders have been fine. Prints and adheres great. The only downside is that the labels are really really expensive. :(

Nice labels in disposable cartridge
The labels are not loose. They are inside a biodegradeable cartridge you throw away when it runs out.

The do not work!!
Over 1/2 of the cartridges do not work. Either the chip is missing or bad but the printer will not recognize the cartridge.
