Simple to use
This is a great machine, super easy to use and makes fantastic espresso. Only dislike I have is the frothing wand is plastic and fell apart quickly from the heat. I have a new one on order from Illy and it was cheap to replace.

not all its cracked up to be
I was so excited to get this espresso machine only to be disappointed. It did not work properly. The chrome started peeling off the part you put the pod in. I do not think this is worth the money. I returned it and it took a month to get my refund.

Ease of use
Flavor is AMAZING!!!! Easy to use and besides it is BEAUTIFUL in my kitchen... Love! The cream it makes is soooo good!

Aweful
I placed an order for White color but one that I got was black one which was bit cheaper. On top of that I tried to use it without replacing it because of hassle. This thing wouldn't even worked at all. Wasn't able to extract capsule. I ended up with just wasting four capsules for nothing. I do really hope my replacement machine would come with right color and working fine.
