I bought the larger 4000v racquet as a Christmas gift for my parents and they loved it! It really works well with flies and even the tiny fruit flies! Unfortunately after only a few uses the trigger button broke and is flush with the handle so you can’t press it to activate it anymore. I contacted the manufacturer since it was past Amazons return window and they were fantastic! They replied quickly and had a replacement sent out within a week. I would definitely recommend this product and company because they stand behind their product and will make it right. I personally have the smaller size racquet and love it, haven’t had any issues with it.

This is not a fly zapper. It is a test of patients. Seems easy right?.. Wrong.. Thought you were pi$$ed off at flies before? Well this is just the beginning. Once you get one it is very satisfying though. It doesn't always kill the big ones. I didn't' know that till I (popped one) zzzzzzz, snap. That's what it sounds like. they fall to the ground and twitch.. Don't yell at them to long though cause they can get up and fly around like they are drunk. Easy though to zap them again. or just squish them. You will get a good work out though and look like you are in the special Olympics.

I have so much fun with this. It kills flies and knocks down the wasp for stomping. Wife says I look like a nut chasing the wasp around.

May 23 update: bought this product in 22 and in February 23 and product works excellent. We wanted more for greenhouse and other rooms. New orders in April, works only a couple of times and then button sticks. Past return time so have to throw out. Must be defective batch so no longer recommend. Buy local much cheaper and can return. It was perfect the first day. But the button broke so I have to press it so hard that it's impossible to use. By the time I swing it, the pressure I'm putting on the button releases and it turns off. I got a second one thinking it was just a bad product, but the same thing happened to the second one. Broken button. Don't waste your money.
