Best Battery ever!
They are perfect for people who don’t want there house to burn down very smart for a battery! They discharge automatically no down charging like all Lipo batteries ! I love them!

Defective Batteries, Poor Documentation and Customer service
DJI has had problems with sending out batteries with incompatible firmware with the drone. I thought the batteries sold at Amazon would be better quality and tested. I tried all the tricks , nothing works. The battery that came with the drone works. The problems are all over the forums. I will purchase my next batteries from Best Buy because if they don’t work at least you can get it returned faster and talk with an agent.I spoke with an Amazon rep, and he couldn’t of cared any less…was placed on hold and then the call dropped. So I would stay way from buying these batteries from Amazon because it’s a high chance you will have to make a return.

Battery didnt charge. Defective.
The media could not be loaded. This will be the second time I have ordered DJI products from Amazon that have failed or are defective! I'm going through DJI directly for all DJI products. Never again Amazon...

Only LiPo not to blow. Yet
Product is pretty easy to use and is the only LiPo battery I feel safe plugging in and leaving the room to let it charge. The battery life is realistically only capable of about 15m of flight in ideal conditions but what other options are there.
