Cheaply made. Not durable.
I ordered the screen and installed it. It was a fairly difficult installation with no instructions, but it all worked after I was done. I installed the provided screen protector and my case. I had a nice new screen for less than 24 hours. I had the phone in my back pocket facing my body, sat down and heard a Crack. The picture is the result. I've never had that happen before and I've never even had a screen protector.

Touchscreen Was the Only Issue
My biggest issue is the touch-screen. I thought it was the phone at first, but after messing around a bit, it didn't seem like it. It didn't really process about a third of what I tapped on. It was fine as far as everything else. If you don't know how to install a screen, just look it up, and since it comes with the tools, you could follow along. I also did like the addition of the screen protector

Excellent Screen Replacement Kit
Ok, so if you have some technical knowledge, this is totally doable and works like a charm! If this is your first time, I would find some help so you don't mess up your phone. It is straightforward, but like all screen replacement, requires some finesse. I had no problem and loved the kit, highly recommended.

super delicate
the product is an exact replacement for an a11 screen, it works just fine. Only problem is these screens are SUPER fragile. I'm on my second one. I broke the first one in my pocket riding my motorcycle (phone was unusable after that) and I cracked the second one while putting my case back on immidiately after replacing the screen. It still works fine. what do you expect for $40?
