Motor needed to be replaced twice. Customer service from Sunmax is mediocre.
Machine worked for a couple months and then malfunctioned. Motor has had to be replaced twice. Seller is a third party, not the manufacturer. Seller response is good but manufacturer for warranty issues is difficult to get a hold of. Customer service is handled by a dispatch service.

Gets the job done!
Easy to use! Scrubs great and picks up the water very well. Makes a huge difference to our floors, leaves them clean.I am using this on concrete floors in a retail grocery store.

Good machine for the price.
I've gotten three of these and they are my goto machine. They do a good job, and for the price you can't go wrong. We did have one that the pump went bad after a few years. I was surprised to find that pump and squeegee could be easily replaced.

The machine quit sucking the water from the floor. Its been 3 weeks we have bought this floor scrubber. We have 14000 sqft of store and we have used it for about 14-15 times and it lost the suction power. We have tried to contact the seller, lets see what they come up with. Also I am not sure if the product has a warranty on it or not. So please be careful before buying this product.Updated 08/24/2023: We called them and they helped us fix the problem. Good Customer Service. Thank you so much.
